Contact form

We collect the following information that you send through the form:

• Your name, email address, topic and message
• The IP address and date and time of sending (to deal with abuse)

We use this information only to answer your inquiry, to contact you as needed for that purpose, and to deal with abuse. We do not use it for any other purpose (such as sending advertising or newsletters).

Access logs

When you visit the Site, information such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view and the date and time is recorded for a certain period in the access logs of the service that delivers the Site (Cloudflare). We use this information to keep the Site running reliably and to deal with unauthorized access. The Site itself does not use analytics tools or cookies.

2. Storage of information

Messages sent through the form are not stored on the Site; they are forwarded to our email address. We keep the emails we receive for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and then delete them.

3. External services we use

The Site uses the following external services. When you browse the Site or send a message, information is sent to the companies that operate these services. Please see each company’s privacy policy for how they handle it.

• Cloudflare, Inc. (delivery of the Site, and “Turnstile”, the bot protection for the contact form). To determine whether the sender is a human, Turnstile sends information about your browser and device to Cloudflare. It may use cookies or similar technologies for this purpose. 4. Disclosure to third parties

We do not provide personal information to third parties except in the following cases:

• With your consent
• When required by law
• When we entrust work to others to the extent necessary for the purposes of use, such as the external services listed in the previous section

5. Security

We take necessary and appropriate measures to prevent the leakage, loss or damage of the personal information we collect. Communication with the Site is encrypted (HTTPS).

6. Requests for disclosure, correction or deletion

If you ask us to disclose, correct, add to, delete or stop using your personal information, we will respond promptly in accordance with the law after confirming your identity. Please send requests to the contact point in section 9.

7. Links to external sites

The Site links to external sites such as online shops and social media. We are not responsible for how personal information is handled on linked sites. Please check the privacy policy of each linked site.
