Rock Paper Spirits

A collaboration between popular game creator 326 (Mitsuru Nakamura) and Smart Ape Games! Built around rock-paper-scissors, with battles and many other twists, it’s a free-for-all card game that anyone can get into right away.

Using the spirits of Janken Island, you score points by getting rid of all your cards or by defeating every other player. After several rounds, the player with the most points wins. Each card shows a number for its strength and a rock-paper-scissors symbol, which you use to play cards and fight battles. When a card is played, its spirit’s special move takes effect, with all kinds of results, from swapping hands to starting a battle. In battles, players play one card at a time to compare strength, using a new system in which the rock-paper-scissors symbols and numbers decide the outcome even in a tie. The dramatic twists that unfold even in a short game are what make it so appealing.
